Works for Barcelona City Council
1983-1989 Head of Urban Planning Department (7). He has been engaged in planning Barcelona for the Olympics ‘92 and the New Downtowns for the city. Among these developments the railway infrastructures and the waterfront was the main priority. Also planning the improvement process of the existing neighbourhoods and cultural facilities creating urban sub-centres: among them, the Old Center of Barcelona
